You can access support in multiple ways, described below. Before contacting our support service, please read our Product Support Agreement.

Standard support

Bind’s Feedback and Discussion Forum

Our feedback and discussion forum at UserVoice an excellent resource where you can find solutions to issues previously encountered by others. You can also suggest further enhancements to our products by posting your ideas, or voting on other user’s ideas. Most voted ideas are usually implemented as new features. Please note that our forum is a resource for search and community sharing. Other options are available for urgent support. To access the forum please visit http://bind.uservoice.com

Snowcovered help system

When at Snowcovered.com, you can request for help in each of our product pages. At the bottom of each page you can:

  • Ask us general questions, by clicking “Ask a Question”
  • Open a support ticket, by clicking “Help Desk” (we privilege support tickets to email contact)
    You should receive an answer in less than 24 hours.

Always remember to mention your invoiceID when submitting a new support ticket.

Bind’s website contact us form

Check out our website and you will find a Contact Us form. One of our sales representatives will review your question and forward it to the proper department. You should receive an answer in less than 48 hours.

  • Theme installation / upgrade
  • Manual theme adjustments and customization
  • Further changes to themes
  • Premium support is required beyond 60 days after purchase
